Stress and Yoga
Now a days Yoga and meditation are practical mantras for Stress. Yoga is not just doing some asanas/pranayama or meditation. It is a complete theoretical and practical science to help human beings from mundane level to Divine level.
No doubt some simple Asanas, Pranayama techniques and Meditation makes you stress free, but the other forgotten parts - Yama, Niyama are the foundations for human development.
